BP Westcoast I, LLC takeover of Prestige
Stations, Inc. - Responsible for coordinating the simultaneous
transfer of 275 off sale alcoholic beverage licenses as Arco
changed the ownership structure of their convenience stores.
Project included recording the posting in counties throughout
the state, arranging for temporary permits for all locations,
and troubleshooting problems sites to ensure that every license
issued in a timely manner.

for coordinating the official ABC application, arranging the
purchase of the license and escrow, and corresponding with
the ABC investigator during the application process.
